Sports and mental health have long been intertwined, with the physical and mental benefits of exercise being well-documented. However, in recent years, there has been a growing recognition of the importance of addressing mental health issues in the sports industry. This has led to the emergence of a number of sports-focused mental health startups, aimed at helping athletes, coaches, and sports organizations to better manage their mental health and well-being.

One example of a sports mental health startup is Athlete Ally, a nonprofit organization that aims to create a more inclusive sports environment for LGBTQ+ athletes and allies. Athlete Ally provides resources and support for athletes, coaches, and sports organizations, including mental health resources and training on LGBTQ+ inclusion.

Another example is Mental Health America, a nonprofit organization that focuses on promoting mental health and well-being in the sports industry. Mental Health America provides resources and support for athletes, coaches, and sports organizations, including mental health screenings, referral services, and training on mental health awareness and support. The sports industry is starting to recognize the importance of addressing mental health issues, and sports mental health startup Berlin are leading the way in providing resources and support. By helping athletes, coaches, and sports organizations to better manage their mental health, these startups are not only improving the well-being of individuals, but also creating a more positive and supportive sports environment overall.
