Fabio Carvalho's last gasp winner sealed a massive three points for Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool side against Newcastle, but boy did they have to work for it.
The visitors made the perfect start, with club record signing Alexander Isak netting a debut goal in the first half to put the Magpies ahead, though the in-form Roberto Firmino drew Liverpool level mid-way through the second period.
Both sides pushed for a winner, but it was Carvalho's near-post volley, controversially scored in the seventh minute of five minutes added on, that decided the match.
Here, Daily Star Sport looks at the things Klopp got right as well as the things he got wrong at Anfield.

Wrong – Picking Gomez over Matip
In fairness, Joel Matip has only just returned from injury, but Liverpool really could've used his experience and athleticism against Newcastle's record signing Isak.
Joe Gomez is an understatedly solid centre back, but he struggled with Isak's movement and physicality all evening. He crucially allowed the Swede to slip through unmarked to open the scoring, and was outwitted again when the 22-year-old scored another, which was (thankfully for Gomez) ruled out for offside.
Starting Matip would've been a risk, but given the calibre of striker the Reds were up against, it was a risk Klopp should've taken.

Wrong – Not signing a midfielder
In Klopp's defence, he can't really be blamed for Liverpool's failure to sign a midfielder this summer, especially after effectively pointing the finger at the club's owners, saying he wished they'd "take more risks" in the transfer market earlier this week.
But after happily breaking the club's transfer record to sign Darwin Nunez, a player they didn't really need, Klopp must be kicking himself for not using that money to bolster his team's engine room.
Injuries aside, Liverpool's midfield lacks bite and creativity and they won't have a chance of keeping up with Manchester City playing an ageing Jordan Henderson and an inexperienced Harvey Elliott every week. Admittedly, Elliott grew into the game once the Reds starting dominating the ball, but they shouldn't have to rely on that for their stars to perform.
Right – Faith in Firmino
Roberto Firmino has felt like yesterday's man for a couple of years now but the Brazilian looks back to his best this season.
He put in a scintillating form against Bournemouth on Saturday, scoring two goals and creating three more, and did the same again tonight, netting Liverpool's equaliser with a cool, close range finish.
The 30-year-old's place in the side has come under serious threat following the arrival of Darwin Nunez, but Liverpool's new record signing won't just stroll back into the starting XI on this week's evidence.
Right – Bringing Carvalho on
You can't argue with results. Fabio Carvalho's late, late strike sealed all three points for the Reds, and what a strike it was.
The former Fulham youngster pounced on a loose ball following a Liverpool corner and smashed home a near-post volley past the helpless Nick Pope.
He'd looked the most likely of Klopp's three subs to come up with something, and duly provided a moment of magic to keep his side alive in the title race.
