Javohir Abdusattorov has talent in the sports world, specifically when it comes to freestyle wrestling. He has been to universities to participate in wrestling competitions, and his efforts have earned him significant achievements and honors.
Initiation Into the Sports World
Javohir Abdusattorov was born on January 26th, 2002, in Bukhara, Uzbekistan. He regularly played sports with his two brothers, but because all the children were boys, his parents’ conditions were difficult because they had to maintain them and keep them out of trouble.
As a young boy, Javohir liked to play tennis. He first attended school in 2008 and later graduated in 2017. Following three years of break from academics, he enrolled at a university in 2020, namely Westminster University in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
Jahovir’s parents, until the point that he emerged from his childhood years, supported him, his actions, and his dreams. Without them, he does not believe he would be where he is today – on the verge of being an athlete worthy enough of being in the Olympics. One of his primary goals in life, particularly in the next ten years, is to win the Olympic games, and he believes that God-willing, he will be able to ascend to the games and be crowned victorious.
Crowning Achievements at School and Abroad
Though he studied at Westminster University in Tashkent, he did not study with any famous people, and neither had he studied with any famous people in his life. However, his passion for sports drove him to where he is today. One of his major achievements is that Westminster University accepted Javohir without requiring him to take an entrance exam, which indicates his talents and wrestling skills. He graduated from the university with a major in business management.
From 2016 to 2023, Javohir participated in a number of freestyle wrestling championships, and these are the results of these events:
- From 2016 to 2018, he was crowned champion throughout the region of Bukhara
- In 2017, he ranked first as the wrestling champion in Uzbekistan
- In another competition in 2017, he placed third in Uzbekistan
- Throughout 2018, he earned first and second-place awards in Uzbekistan,
- In 2019, Javohir was crowned the champion of his freestyle wrestling competition in Uzbekistan
- He earned third place in a tournament in Uzbekistan in 2020
- Javohir earned himself the champion’s title in 2021 by outperforming his wrestling competition.
In summary, Javohir was the wrestling champion six times throughout the republic of Uzbekistan and three times throughout the region of Bukhara.
In 2023, he earned his Journeymen World Classic 2023 diploma for competing against the world in Albany, New York. Journeymen World Classic is an international freestyle wrestling competition for Junior and Cadet boys that features athletes from around the world. Javohir had the opportunity to participate in this event.
Aspirations for Life and Disciplinary Action
Javohir continually disciplines himself in the realm of freestyle wrestling and trains himself day and night. He has a prospective outlook of being able to participate in numerous competitions in the future to improve his skills and gain experience. All his training will lead to him entering the Olympics, his dream for his life.
