After her parents divorced when she was a one-year-old child, her mother and grandmother raised her in Azov, which is a small town in the southern region of Russia. Her caretakers were generous with their money in that they had a crucial need to live modestly to save the money necessary for survival.
Throughout her school years, Iana participated in acrobatics because she was a zestful child who needed a way to release her energy. However, she had to discontinue her acrobatics due to interference with her academics. After a few years went by and she reasoned that she needed more activities to partake in, Iana engaged in ballet and modern dancing for a year until those coincided with her education. To her dismay, she was not able to receive recognition in any sports during her childhood because she could not balance extracurricular activities and her pedagogy.
Iana has always been fascinated by those who learn to take an introspective look at themselves and edify their lives via numerous strategies. These people have similar backgrounds to Iana and have put in enough work and effort to endure the process of transforming their lives to become more self-confident. As a child, she referenced these people as her role models who instilled the desire in her to create a new living environment for herself, and she has been ambitious about this desire since.
It was not until the year 2020 that Iana began a fitness project that would help young audiences to determine what activity was right for them. The women who would and still do participate in the project need support from a motivational leader because they either constantly engage in sports and then quit or cannot find the power within themselves to participate in any sports. Iana has reached over a thousand women since launching this project and is doing everything within her power to monetize it and eventually transfigure it into a company in 10 years.
